Walk, Share, Remember the life of a child gone too soon.

We believe in gathering together and building up communities to support one another. We're honored to partner with the Ashley Moe Family to bring the Walk to Remember to the Alexandria, SD area. The walk is scheduled for Sunday afternoon, August 17th at Granite Springs Event Center, 25840 422nd Ave, Alexandria, SD from 1-4pm. We will begin with at the Event Center with a Remembrance Ceremony and then proceed to the memorial walk.

Whether you're a parent who has lost a child of any age, a family member or friend, all are invited to attend. If you'd like to have a child (any age) gone too soon included in this event, we can personally design a memorial sign for you that will be placed along the walk route. These memorial signs are a great way to honor and tell your loved one's story. To include your loved one, click the button below to order your memory sign and we'll be in touch with you to personalize it. If we have made a sign for your child previously, we will bring it along each year. If you're not directly connected to the Alexandria area walk, but we've honored your child before and this date works better for you, please let us know and we'll bring your child's sign as well.

T-shirts will be available for purchase ahead of time in July and you will have the opportunity to have the name of the child you're honoring included in the list of names printed on the back of the shirts. You can add that during the ordering process.

You can honor a child with a memory sign at the event

We will work with you to personalize a memory sign to tell your childs story. We then print them and place them along the walking path. You can include pictures, favorite quotes, stories, etc. Click on the button below to get started. Once you order your memory sign, we'll be in touch via email to personalize your sign and get pictures. Here are some examples of what others have done. The signs are two sided so we usually put a larger picture with name and dates on the front and then can tell their story on the back, add multiple pictures or even just duplicate the front. We ask for a donation of $50 to print the sign and then it will be included at events in the future.
